Each room is always prepared for one guest, with extra duvets, pillows, and towels available in the closets if needed. We take great care to ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, with fresh linens provided, so everything is in top condition when you check in. We provide room/house service every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, where towels are replaced, and trash bins are emptied. All our apartments offer free Wi-Fi for our guests, with the password available in each respective apartment.

We kindly ask that you be considerate of other residents in the apartment, keeping visitors and noise to a minimum.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. We also provide coffee, tea, basic spices, and staple items with a long shelf life. These items are regularly checked to ensure that no expired or partially used products are left behind. Additionally, extra cloths, dish towels, and garbage bags are provided, ensuring the kitchen is fully functional and ready for use.

It's important that guests clean up after themselves to maintain an optimal experience for everyone. If you're sharing the apartment with others, please be considerate by tidying up after yourself and showing mutual respect to your fellow guests.

If you encounter any issues with the water supply, please contact the team leader.

Toilet bags are replaced every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, or as needed. If guests wish to have the toilet bag changed more frequently, extra bags are provided in the bathroom. The filled and used toilet bag should be placed by the roadside or next to the green bin outside the building. If necessary, please contact the local team leader for assistance. During house service, towels, trash bags, and toilet paper are also replaced. Additional towels and toilet paper can be found in the cabinets.

Water is a precious resource in this region, so the shower facilities are reserved for resident guests only. The water supply is regularly replenished by the local authorities.

If you encounter any issues with the water supply, please contact the team leader.

Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent, fabric softener, and other cleaning supplies are replenished regularly to ensure you have everything you need. If necessary, you can also iron your clothes in the apartments.

Please remember to take all your belongings with you when you leave the apartment, and help us keep the laundry areas clean to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.

Room rates are: (Single/Double)

• First 7 days: 950/1350 DKK per night.

• 8-14 days: 850/1150 DKK per night.

• 15-31 days: 750/950 DKK per night

For the entire apartment:

• First 7 days: 2300 DKK per night

• 8-14 days: 1850 DKK per night

• 15-31 days: 1500 DKK per night

• Long-term rental (per month): 20,000 DKK

You can check in upon your arrival in Upernavik. We ensure that your apartment or room is ready with fresh linens and cleaned facilities. If needed, we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport if needed.

Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, as we need sufficient time to prepare the apartment or room for the next guests. We understand that there may be some time before your flight or other transport, so you are welcome to stay in the common area until further notice. However, if you choose to stay in the common area, please keep your use of the facilities to an absolute minimum. If this guideline is not respected, you may be asked to move to the airport earlier.
